A bespoke arrangement of full-floor residences is proposed for the corner of Church and Chambers, restoring an underutilized site, and completing an assembly of slender facades which proudly line the street in the Tribeca neighborhood. Carved from stone springs various arches, each sized according to the spaces they serve. Mirrored glass ensures privacy from the busy intersection and reflects the bustle of the street. The favorite corner diner returns to a fresh space.
